Im fernen orientalischen Königreich Mandolan geht es gerade drunter und drüber. Auf dem Königs-Thron lastet ein Fluch und Großwesir Guliman, den der Fluch immer wieder in hohem Bogen vom Thron herunter befördert, ruft in seiner Verzweiflung Hexe Lilli zu Hilfe. Sie soll mit ihren Zaubersprüchen dafür sorgen, dass Guliman endlich den Thron besteigen und die Herrschaft über Mandolan übernehmen kann. Doch kaum ist Lilli gemeinsam mit ihrem getreuen Gefährten, dem kleinen dicken Drachen Hektor ...
